Small Lots, Big Impact - Braiding Futures

Collective UNBound & Design Camp proposed a flexible small-lot housing model for LA & UCLA CityLAB’s Small Lots, Big Impact competition. Grounded in the site’s history, the design uses SB 1123 to create equitable homeownership opportunities for migrant and working-class communities through adaptable, multi-unit housing on subdivided lots.
